काठमाडाैं । सरकारले वीर अस्पताललाई कोरोना भाइरस ९कोभिड–१९० अस्पतालका रुपमा सञ्चालन गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ ।
स्वास्थ्य आपत्कालीन कमाण्ड सिस्टमको आज बसेको बैठकले सो अस्पताललाई कोभिड–१९ अस्पतालका रुपमा सञ्चालन गर्ने निर्णय गरेको स्वास्थ्य तथा जनसंख्या मन्त्रालयका प्रवक्ता डा जागेश्वर गौतमले जानकारी दिनुभयो ।
उहाँले वीर अस्पतालमा हुने नियमित सेवा राष्ट्रिय ट्रमा सेन्टरबाट हुने जानकारी दिनुभयो । कोभिड–१९ अस्पताल भएपछि वीरमा रहेका बिरामीलाई समेत राष्ट्रिय ट्रमा सेन्टरमा सारिने छ ।
उपत्यकामा कोरोना अस्पतालका रुपमा शुक्रराज ट्रपिकल तथा सरुवा रोग अस्पताल र बलम्बुस्थित सशस्त्र प्रहरीका अस्पताल छन् । ती अस्पतालमा कोभिड–१९ बाहेकका अन्य बिरामीको उपचार गरिँदैन ।
यस्तै विभिन्न शिक्षण संस्थामा स्वास्थ्यका विभिन्न विधामा अध्ययनरत विद्यार्थीलाई मन्त्रालय र स्वास्थ्य सेवा विभागले कोभिड–१९ को रोकथाम तथा नियन्त्रणका लागि सम्झौता गरी स्वयंसेवकका रुपमा परिचालन गर्ने निर्णयसमेत गरिएको छ ।
ती स्वयंसेवकलाई कोभिड–१९ फैलिएको ठाउँमा गई जनचेतनामूलक कार्यक्रम सञ्चालन गर्न परिचालन गरिने मन्त्रालयका प्रवक्ता डा गौतमले जानकारी दिनुभयो ।
कोभिडको मार्गचित्र निर्धारण गर्न समिति कोभिड–१९ का सन्र्दभमा राष्ट्रिय मार्गचित्र निर्धारण गर्ने सम्बन्धमा प्रमुख विशेषज्ञ महेन्द्रप्रसाद श्रेष्ठको संयोजकत्वमा समिति गठन गरिएको छ । नेपाल स्वास्थ्य अनुसन्धान परिषद्बाट डा प्रदीप ज्ञवाली र स्वास्थ्य विपद् व्यवस्थापन एकाइबाट एक सदस्य–सचिव रहने छन् ।
सरकारी प्रयोगशालाले मापदण्डबाहेक नमूना परीक्षण नगर्ने मन्त्रालयले सबै सरकारी प्रयोगशालाले गर्ने नमूना सङ्ख्याको ५० प्रतिशत नमूना परीक्षण मापदण्डमा नपरेका व्यक्तिको शुल्क लिएर परीक्षण गर्नका लागि अनुमति दिने निर्णय गरेको छ ।
मन्त्रालयका प्रवक्ता डा गौतमले सबै सरकारी प्रयोगशालाले गर्ने परीक्षणको ५० प्रतिशत सरकारको मापदण्डमा परेका सङ्क्रमितको नमूनाका लागि स्वाब निःशुल्क गर्ने र ५० प्रतिशत मापदण्डमा नपरेका व्यक्तिको नमूना परीक्षणमा शुल्क लिने भन्ने निर्णय गरिएको बताउनुभयो ।
पचास प्रतिशत नमूना परीक्षणका लागि प्रयोग हुने सम्पूर्ण रिएजेन्ट अस्पताल वा प्रयोगशालाले आफैँले खरिद गर्नुपर्ने छ ।
६० श्यया आइसियुका लागि बजेट निकासा मन्त्रालयका प्रवक्ता डा गौतमले अर्थ मन्त्रालयबाट ६० श्यया सघन उपचार कक्ष ९आइसियु० का लागि बजेट निकासा भएको जानकारी दिनुभयो । ती आइसियु शय्या त्रिभुवन विश्वविद्यालय शिक्षण अस्पताल र धुलिखेल अस्पतालमा बन्ने छन् । रासस
