२४ श्रावण २०७९, मंगलवार । सरकारले पछिल्लो तीन महिनामा विभिन्न गैरकानूनी क्रियाकलापमा सहभागी ३३ देशका १३३ जना विदेशी नागरिकलाई नेपालबाट निष्काशन गरेको छ ।
अध्यागमन विभागका अनुसार २०७९ वैशाख १ गतेदेखि असार मसान्तसम्मको अवधिमा उनीहरुलाई निष्काशन गरिएको हो ।
नेपालबाट निष्काशनमा पर्नेमा सबैभन्दा बढी चिनियाँ र अमेरिकी नागरिकहरु रहेका छन् ।
गत वैशाखदेखि असारसम्मको अवधिमा सरकारले २५ जना चिनियाँ र १९ जना अमेरिकी नागरिकलाई देशबाट निष्काशन गर्ने निर्णय गरेको विभागले जनाएको छ ।
चिनियाँ र अमेरिकीपछि नेपालबाट निष्काशित हुनेमा तेस्रो ठूलो संख्या क्यानडेली र फ्रेन्च नागरिक रहेका छन् । सो अवधिमा १०–१० जना क्यानडेली र फ्रेन्च नागरिकलाई सरकारले निष्कासन गरेको छ ।
विभागका अनुसार पछिल्लो तीन महिनामा निष्कासनमा पर्नेमा ९ जना बेलायत, ४ जना पाकिस्तान, १ जना अल्जेरिया, ४ जना अष्ट्रिया, २ जना अष्ट्रेलिया, १ जना बेलारुस, २ जना ब्राजिल, २ जना चिली, १ जना चेक रिपब्लिक, ३ जना जर्मनी, २ जना इन्डोनेसिया, ५ जना आयरल्याण्ड, १ जना इजरायल र ३ जना इटालीका नागरिक रहेका छन् ।
यस्तै, ३ जना जापान, २ जना दक्षिण कोरिया, १ जना मेक्सिको, २ जना नेदरल्याण्ड्स, ३ जना फिलिपिन्स, १ जना रोमानिया, ३ जना रुस, १ जना स्पेन, १ जना श्रीलंका, १ जना स्वीडेन, १ जना स्वीट्जरल्याण्ड, ३ जना थाइल्याण्ड, ३ जना उज्वेकस्तान र ४ जना भियतनामका नागरिकलाई पनि सरकारले निष्काशन गरेको छ ।
