कर्णाली । कर्णाली प्रदेशमा प्रदेशस्तरीय लगानी सम्मेलन गर्नका लागि कर्णाली प्रदेश योजना आयोगले तयारी थालेको छ । प्रदेश योजना आयोगको बिहीबार वीरेन्द्रनगरमा बसेको ७८ औँ बैठकले कर्णालीमा लगानी सम्मेलन आयोजना गर्ने निर्णय गरेको हो ।
विसं २०७८ वैशाखमा कर्णाली प्रदेशमा लगानी सम्मेलनको आयोजना गरिने कर्णाली प्रदेश योजना आयोगका उपाध्यक्ष डा सर्वराज खड्काले जानकारी दिए। कर्णालीमा लगानीमैत्री वातावरण सिर्जना गर्न र विकास साझेदार संस्थाहरुको आकर्षण बढाउन प्रदेशस्तरीय लगानी सम्मेलन आयोजना गरिने डा खड्काले बताए ।
परियोजना बैंकको काम सकिएपछि लगानी सम्मेलन आयोजना हुने भएकाले कर्णालीमा सम्मेलन आयोजना गर्न योजना आयोगले तयारी शुरु गरेको खड्काले बताए । उनका अनुसार नेपाल सरकारले विसं २०७६ मा आयोजना गरेको नेपाल पूर्वाधार सम्मेलनमा कर्णालीबाट ६७ वटालाई आयोजना समावेश गरिएको थियो ।
बैठकले कर्णाली प्रदेश विकास परिषद्को बैठकको संयोजन गर्न प्रदेश योजना आयोगका सदस्य डा दीपेन्द्र रोकाया तथा कर्णाली प्रदेशस्तरीय लगानी सम्मेलनका लागि संयोजन गर्न प्रदेश योजना आयोगका सदस्य योगेन्द्रबहादुर शाहीलाई जिम्मेवारी दिएको उपाध्यक्ष खड्काले जानकारी दिए ।
त्यस्तै बैठकले कर्णाली प्रदेशको प्रथम पञ्चवर्षीय योजना (आव २०७६÷७७–२०८०÷८१) को विस्तृतीकरणको संलग्न दस्तावेज आयोगबाट कर्णाली प्रदेश सरकार मन्त्रिपरिषद्मा स्वीकृतिका लागि सिफारिस गर्ने, आयोगको कार्यसम्पादनलाई थप प्रभावकारी एवं नतिजामुखी बनाउन तर्जुमा भएको वार्षिक कार्ययोजना स्वीकृत गरी कार्यान्वयनमा ल्याइने निर्णय गरेको खड्काले जानकारी दिए ।
सबैभन्दा बढी कर्णालीमा विकास साझेदारलाई आकर्षण गराउन तथा कर्णालीलाई समृद्ध बनाउन लगानीकर्तालाई आकर्षित गर्ने र त्यसका लागि लगानी सम्मेलन आयोजना गरिने उनको भनाइ छ ।
प्रदेश विकास परिषद्को बैठक चैतमा
कर्णाली प्रदेश विकास परिषद्को बैठक आगामी चैतमा आयोजना गरिने भएको छ । विसं २०७७ चैतमा आयोजना गरिने कर्णाली प्रदेश विकास परिषद् बैठकमा एकरुपता लिनका लागि पञ्चवर्षीय योजनाको जानकारी गराइने प्रदेश योजना आयोगका सदस्य डा रोकायाले जानकारी दिए ।
उनका अनुसार विकास परिषद् बैठकमा स्थानीय तहको आवाधिक योजना निर्माणका लागि सहजीकरण, प्रदेश महत्वको आयोजनाको अध्यावधि गर्न छलफल गरिने छ । त्यस्तै बैठकमा प्रदेश समसामयिक विकाससम्बन्धी समस्याको समाधानका लागि छलफल गर्ने, प्रदेश र स्थानीय तहबीच साझेदारी गर्ने लगायत विषयमा छलफल हुने रोकायाले जानकारी दिए ।
